    Nevena Brown (Principal of Meridian Lawyers with 20 years experience n health law) and John Kelly (peer reviewer and expert witness for the last 31 years) will be giving a half day presentation that will focus on the changing face of clinical practice and the privotal role that communication plays in the world of allied health practitioner claims and healthcare complaints lodged with statutory authorities. The current National Code of Conduct for Chiropractors and the associated relevant Guidelines and Board statements have caught many chiropractors by surprise in relation to what is currently considered acceptable practice. This presentation will concentrate on real claims and real complaints around issues involving communication (in all its forms) as well as provide suggestions for implementation in practice.
